The “home” of the Charlotte Shag Club is Lynn’s, located at 4819 S. Tryon Street near Woodlawn Rd., across from the Embassy Suites Hotel. Although Thursday night is considered Charlotte Shag Club night, Lynn’s is open most other nights and primarily caters to the shag on most nights with either a DJ or live entertainment.

Shag lessons, when scheduled, are held at Lynn’s on Thursday night. They are taught from 7:00 until 8:00 and run for around 6 weeks. Call Lynn’s for more information.
